No. Many UK clients ship pedals and small boards in. You will receive packing guidance and confirmation when everything lands in the workshop, plus tracked return shipping.

Simple jobs like jack or footswitch replacements usually start from around £35 plus parts. Anything more involved is quoted after a quick inspection so there are no surprises.
Can you work around existing favourites?
Yes. The goal is never to sell you a completely fresh board. We will build around what you already trust and only swap pieces that are genuinely holding the rig back.
